Frequently asked questions

A Partage Club subscription encourages mindful consumption and helps build a new habit: borrowing instead of buying. By choosing to borrow, you quickly get your money’s worth from your subscription, while saving money and reducing your environmental footprint. Plus, you’ll connect with neighbours and contribute to a more sustainable way of living.
Please note: you do not need a subscription to lend your items, but a subscription is required to borrow.
Paid subscription benefit:
We offer an exclusive benefit to paying members. If you live in Canada, Partage Club covers eligible material damage up to $300 per year (for items valued at $25 or more). -
We believe that trust is built through sharing! You can also rely on each member’s profile dashboard and the Super Sharer badge. This badge highlights active and engaged members—it evolves based on their activity in the app, recommendations from other members, and their response rate.

At Partage Club, we always encourage our members to return items in the same condition they were borrowed—that’s one of our Golden Rules.

No. Our goal is to encourage mindful consumption and create a real shift in behaviour. When you need something, we want you to think borrow, not buy.
That’s why Partage Club supports both borrowers and lenders equally. We don’t want to penalize borrowers—we want to encourage them, just as we encourage those who lend.
We aim to promote kindness and generosity, and move away from purely transactional relationships between people. It’s about unlearning the habit of always needing to “keep score.”
We’re creating a space where asking is valued!
